Sociocracy is a method of governing organizations that produces more effective and harmonious decision-making, both in businesses and associations. It ensures inclusiveness, accountability, and transparency while it increases productivity. For basic information about sociocracy, see About Sociocracy.
The first major publication by native English speaking authors John Buck and Sharon Villines is now available: We the People: Consenting to a Deeper Democracy, A Guide to Sociocratic Principles and Methods.
Books and other materials on sociocracy are available from the Sociocratisch Centrum (listed below). Since sociocracy was developed in The Netherlands most of these materials are translated from the Dutch.

The list is fairly low volume and discussion is limited to the principles and methods of sociocracy and their application. Messages generally concern questions and answers and sharing of information about recent publications and new workshops. It is a good way to contact others who are interested in sociocracy and/or using it in their organizations.
